Our supply chain comprises various international brands predominantly situated in Asia, Central America, Europe, China and within the UK.

These products are transported through our supply chain to the manufacturers UK distribution centres or to our premises, which are then delivered to our customers by means of our own internal transport or external couriers, alternatively goods may be sent by direct fulfilment or drop ship methods from the suppliers directly to our customer’s premises.

We request that each of our suppliers provides us with an ethical trading statement. The ethical trading statements of our supplier brands are also available on their respective websites.

We are dedicated to ensuring that our suppliers uphold and adhere to the highest ethical standards. Suppliers are required to exhibit respect and act ethically and lawfully in their labour practices. We carry out due diligence when evaluating potential new suppliers and routinely assess our current ones.

We aim to work with brands and manufacturers which possess certifications and are members of the following organisations and trade bodies such as SEDEX, WRAP, SATRA, RISQS, NFPA, JOSCAR, REMA, Wastepack, REACH, Oeko-Tex, EcoVadis.
