The company's directors and senior management are accountable for implementing this policy and statement, along with its objectives, to prevent slavery and human trafficking within the organisation and its supply chains.

We have not discovered any instances of modern-day slavery or human trafficking within our company or supply chain. Nonetheless, we remain steadfast in our commitment to diligently evaluate risks. Premier Safety Clothing & Equipment Limited strives to enhance the presence of suppliers in its supply chain who are enforcing their own policies and procedures to ensure greater compliance with the Act.
Our supply chain comprises various international brands predominantly situated in Asia, Central America, Europe, China and within the UK. These products are transported through our supply chain to the manufacturers UK distribution centres or to our premises, which are then delivered to our customers by means of our own internal transport or external couriers, alternatively goods may be sent by direct fulfilment or drop ship methods from the suppliers directly to our customer’s premises.
We request that each of our suppliers provides us with an ethical trading statement. The ethical trading statements of our supplier brands are also available on their respective websites.
The company intends to provide continuous training for its management team and for relevant employees throughout the business. This will encompass in-house training to ensure employees receive regular updates and remain informed about modern-day slavery.
